• Raw Material Test
Cooperate with *ITRI for raw material analysis to insure the grains well distribution and the quality of CuZn alloy.
• Material Test
E-system controlling in all material processing to avoid acid-corrosion and lengthen the life span of EDM machine.
• Diameter Test
First use of X-Y axis laser inspection device in Taiwan . Limit the diameter tolerance and roundness tolerance within 1 µ m .
• Tensile Strength Test
Equalizing the wire tensile strength, therefore the wire breaking-load can be enhanced.

 
 
 
• Elongation Test
Ensure the wire elongation (hard, semi-hard, and soft) in the standard numbers to facilitate the straight cutting and taper cutting.
• Straightness Test
Strictly test the straightness to achieve the quickness and stability requirement on wire-threading.

 
• Surface Cleaning Test
Inspected by CCD device to make sure the wire surface is smooth, free from copper powder, dirt, rust, grease and scratch. Thus increase the efficiency and stability on electric-discharging.
Compatibility Test
Wires are practiced on the machine of every brand in order to test the compatibility. Only the 100% compatible wires can be sold.
